iPhone 3.1.3 Firmware Update Released

Apple has released version 3.1.3 Firmware of it's iPhone firmware to address 3GS battery accuracy levels as well as issues with 3rd party apps launching. The Apple support site also has full details of what is included.

Note: it is a 291MB download.
Just finished getting my iPhone updated. :-)
