iTunes 7.3 Released
iTunes 7.3 has been released. It looks like the main new feature is support for the iPhone (and no, I don't have one yet  , however, evidently this person acquired one and blogged about the adventure  ).Note: With iTunes 7.3, tags starting with numbers (i.e. Genres, Artists, etc) now come at the end of a sorted list, rather than the beginning - just a heads-up. |  |

Are you actually planning on buying an iPhone v1? I wouldn't just based on the fact that it doesn't have 3G yet.. :/

Welllll, I keep telling myself that it is too expensive, but at the same time I feel obligated to "just take a look at one" in the Apple store (and we all know what my track record is like once I am inside those hallowed walls

I think you should avoid it. You've already got a bigger iPod Video, so what's the point? I can't imagine you being happy with 8gb.

Yeah, I never intended to buy it to replace my iPod (the ability to play music via my phone has never been a feature that I have needed). I was more interested in the (3G) internet capabilities; web browsing, email, etc.
I have been waiting for many years for the perfect synergy between a smartphone and a PDA....
